Before I start, I have to mention that I have in fact, found a new favorite group. BTS will always have a special place in my heart, being my first K-Pop group. I have fallen in love with Stray Kids. Hellevator was the first Kpop song I ever listened to, before I liked BTS, and recently, I remembered that song, so I decided to look up a guide to Stray Kids, and I realized that I really liked them.I continued to listen to their music, and learn more about them, and I COMPLETELY fell in love with Lee Felix.
I will continue my guide to all the members of BTS out of respect, but, I am now loyal to SKZ.

JHOPE:

Jhope was born on the 18th of February, 1994, and his zodiac sign is an Aquarius. He was born in Gwangju, South Korea, and he is 24 years old.
Hobi (Jhope's most popular nickname) auditioned for the entertainment company JYP but was not accepted. After, he auditioned for BigHit, and was accepted into their trainee program. Jhope has one sister who's name is Mejiwoo. Her Instagram has grown quite popular, but probably just because she's Jhope's sister.
his positions are Main Dancer, Lead Rapper, and Sub Vocalist. He has released his own mixtape, called Hope World, and its freaking amazing. you should go listen to it.
facts about this ball of sunshine:
his favorite color is green.
his favorite songs are MAMA, Boy Meets Evil, Hope World and Just Dance.
when he was in school, he played tennis. he was once in a tournament and got 3rd place! but there were only 3 teams.
if he could steal anything from the other members, he would have Jimin's chocolate abs, and RM's rap skill, and his English.
when Jhope has worries he talks to RM and Suga.
he shares a room with Jimin.
he is that one guy who is older than the others, but hangs out with the maknaes (youngest).

A Guide To Min Yoongi

MIN YOONGI

Min Yoongi, also known by his stage name Suga, or Agust D, is a lead rapper, and dancer for BTS, but on the side, did produce his own mixtape, "Agust D" on August 26, 2016. 

Suga (as I will call him for now) was born on March 9th, 1993, making him the second oldest member, after Jin. He started writing lyrics when he was 13. Impressive. He auditioned for "HIT IT", in 2010, when BigHit Entertainment was looking for new members and made it! Thus, Min Yoongi became Suga, as he became a trainee for BTS.
He did do underground rapping for a while when he was 17, with the name "Gloss", so add that to the list.
Suga is the youngest of two brothers, but still manages to be fairly responsible. In fact, Suga is in charge if fixing things that RM breaks, being the God Of Destruction RM is.
From my observation, Suga is probably closest to J-Hope, RM, or Jimin, but he is not a very open person and that's perfectly fine.
When Suga first joined BTS he was promised a Hip-Hop only group, but has BTS grew older, their music genre changed, into more pop and less Hip-Hop, which is probably one of the reasons he released his own mixtape, so he could still do the music he loves most. Suga actually threatened to quit BTS if they changed their music more, but thank GOD he didn't, and now loves their music

A Guide to Kim Seok-Jin

so I was thinking I should talk more about the actual members of BTS and a bit less about my art. so here is Pt.1 of my Guide to BTS

KIM SEOK-JIN

also known as Jin. He is a vocalist, dancer and is the only one in BTS's visuals category (meaning he was hired because he was is handsome. And we're not complaining). He is the oldest member of BTS, born on December 4th 1992, in Gacheon-si, Gyonggi-do, South Korea. He is 25 in US age and 27 in Korean age.
When Jin was first signed on as a trainee of BTS, through BigHit Entertainment, he did not know how to sing or dance. But, he learned quick and now he is a singing angel, you don't even know.
Jin says he is closest with V and Jungkook. I find this funny because he is the oldest member but he chooses to hang out with the younger members. That says a lot about his youthful personality (besides his love of dad-jokes). he is a very good cook, according to the other members. boyfriend material much?
Jin lives with Suga, even after they moved into a bigger space. Suga once said he "couldn't have a more perfect roommate"
He is one of the five BTS members with a drivers licence. Poor RM and Jimin.
Some Facts:
He is bad at lying
He hates horror movies
He likes anime, and Disney Princesses
His favorite colors are pink and blue
His favorite numbers are 4 and 2
He wants BTS to do a collaboration with Shawn Mendes (understandable)
He refers to himself as "Worldwide Handsome" and he is not wrong.
He can play piano and guitar
He can rip open a bag of chips with his feet (Run BTS episode 5, season 1)
In my opinion, Jin is open, caring, goofy, kind, supportive, and perfect.

Save Me art

"save me, save me, I need your love before I fall... fall."
Save Me is my favorite song along with Pied Piper, so its not surprising that I made an art piece about it. As you can see I made the lyrics the main focus of the drawing, and the yellow on the cover of the album Save Me is on (Young Forever) has always made me fell that this song just embodies the color yellow, that is why I included the yellow details. I knew I wanted to include the words changing color, and I thought giving it the piano key background would give it that, and more detail.   

War of Hormone art

War of Hormone is from the Dark and Wild album. It was one of the bigger hits of of it, and but the music video had a lower budget compared to their new music video. I would compare it to Save Me, on the budget scale. in fact Save Me and War Of Hormone have more in common than you think. Both low budget music videos, but very popular songs. War of Hormone, being part of Dark and Wild was release on August 19th 2014. BTS debuted with the song No More Dream in 2013 but their first album was Dark and Wild, so you could call it their debut album. in all this art piece was inspired by War of Hormone and the theme of Dark and Wild, so its a combo of the two. Love Yourself: Answer Cover Art

 This is a fun re-creation/edit of the Love Yourself: Answer cover. this is the most recent and most popular of the Love Yourself series. it came out August 24th 2018, only months after Tear, in May. its biggest hit is Idol, with a music video that got the most views is 24 hours at #1. <3 <3

Love Yourself: Tear art

i could have done much better on this one but my pens are running out of ink:( this is a recreation of the Love Yourself: Tear album cover. LY Tear is between Her and Answer. Her was released in September 18th 2017, Tear was released in May 18th 2018, and Answer in August 24th 2018. Tear was a dark but beautiful streak in a painting of color and love. that's not to say that it not bad, in fact it is perfectly amazing, its just got a goth streak. Fake Love is the biggest hit of the album with 35.9 million views in the first 24 hours, standing at #3, with DNA at #9, and Idol at #1. YAY.

black and white or color? these are before and after picture of a drawing that i did. it was intended to be only black and white but it was later changed. i used special pens for the outlines, and paint pens for color and large black areas. this is one of the few pictures of the members that i am proud of. this took me a very long time to create and even more to do the color correctly. hope you enjoy!

This is one of my older pieces. I created it in July and it is one of my first entries into my K-Pop Art Journal. I started with this and little anime drawing of the members, then it evolved into making art inspired by my favorite lyrics. I am currently working on a sketch of JK in his police officer outfit from "Dope". When I finish I will post that too. maybe. 

IDOL and LY: Answer

Love Yourself: Answer is the third album of three in the Love Yourself set. It includes LY: Her, LY: Tear, and LY: Answer. Answer came out on July 16th 2018. Its biggest hit was IDOL. IDOL even trended #1 on YouTube for a few days. The music video is really good. I recommend you watch it.

Dark and Wild Era

A photo from my favorite era, Dark and Wild. The biggest hits from that album are Danger, and War Of Hormone. The Album dropped on August 19th, 2014, so very early in their career. the Dark and Wild album had more hip-hop and rap songs, and less slow and more pop-like songs like they do on their more current albums. Suga had originally been promised a only hip-hop/rap group, but as their music changed, he even threatened to quit. but luckily he pulled through and now loved their sound.
